Leadership Expansion at Mobec: Gautam Singh and Satya Shukla Elevated as Co-Founders
New Delhi: Mobec Innovations (mobec.io), India’s first full-range provider of mobile EV charging solutions, energy storage systems, and battery recycling and refurbishment services, has appointed Gautam Singh and Satya Shukla as Co-Founders. They join Founder and CEO Harry Bajaj in leading the company’s next phase of growth.
Gautam Singh will head research and development while overseeing daily operations at Mobec’s plants, with a strong focus on advancing battery recycling technologies and improving process efficiencies. Satya Shukla will lead sales, marketing, and customer engagement, strengthening Mobec’s relationships with clients and partners. The expanded leadership team reflects Mobec’s deepening commitment to innovation in lithium-ion battery recycling, portable EV charging, and next-generation energy storage.
Announcing the development, Harry Bajaj said, “Gautam and Satya have been instrumental in Mobec’s journey, from product design and development to client deployment. Their elevation recognises their leadership, technical expertise, and consistent commitment. As we scale, their roles will be pivotal in enhancing our capabilities across EV charging, battery recycling, and reuse.”
Mobec offers ultra-fast, portable DC charging solutions ranging from 5 kW to 60 kW for two-wheelers, four-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and fleet operators. Through a mobile app, users can schedule charging at a location and time of their choice, ensuring convenience and accessibility.
In the battery recycling vertical, Mobec operates a state-of-the-art facility that recovers critical minerals including lithium, cobalt, copper, nickel, aluminium, graphite, and manganese from end-of-life batteries. Using advanced processes such as black mass extraction and mineral recovery, the company maximises resource efficiency while reducing dependence on virgin materials. Batteries that pass rigorous testing are refurbished and repurposed for home and commercial energy storage applications, promoting a circular economy. Extracted materials are supplied to manufacturers across industrial, electronics, and component sectors.
Commenting on their new roles, Gautam Singh and Satya Shukla said, “We are honoured to be redesignated as Co-Founders of Mobec. Our focus remains on building next-generation, AI-driven energy solutions that strengthen India’s EV ecosystem.”
In their expanded responsibilities, they will lead the development of AI-enabled products and new verticals in battery recycling and mobile EV charging. Key offerings include a new-generation GEN Set 7 kW compact energy storage system and a GEN Set 30 kW portable, solar-compatible high-capacity system, designed for reliable and sustainable power across industrial, residential, and off-grid applications.
Mobec aims to deploy and operate mobile EV charging infrastructure across major Indian cities while expanding its battery recycling ecosystem. By reintegrating recovered materials into the value chain and addressing India’s evolving mobility needs, Mobec is advancing a future powered by accessible and sustainable energy solutions.
