Antariksh Valley Project Receives Occupancy Certificate; Homebuyers Begin Getting Possession
Gautam Buddha Nagar: Antariksh Valley has received the Occupancy Certificate (OC) from the development authority for Tower A, clearing the way for 144 homebuyers to take possession of their flats along with property registration. The residential project is being developed by Diligent Builders in Sector-1 of Greater Noida West.
To mark the milestone, around 25 allottees were symbolically handed over the keys to their flats during a special event held at the project site. According to the company management, nearly all dues related to the development authority have been cleared, allowing homebuyers to complete the registration process immediately along with possession.
Project completed after a long delay
The company stated that Antariksh Valley has now become one of the few projects in Greater Noida West that had remained stalled for several years but has finally been revived and completed. With zero outstanding liabilities, the project now offers homebuyers the option of immediate property registration, and financing options are also available.
Ashwini Nagpal, Chief Operating Officer of Diligent Builders, said that reviving the project was the company’s primary objective. Under a revised strategy, construction of the already-built Tower A was prioritised and completed, enabling the project to secure the Occupancy Certificate and begin handing over possession to buyers.
He added that since the project has no pending dues, buyers can complete registration immediately after taking possession. Because of the project’s clear financial status, home loan facilities are also available from State Bank of India.
Financial support from SWAMIH Fund
The company also confirmed that the project received financial assistance from the government-backed SWAMIH Fund, which has helped accelerate the remaining construction work.
After remaining stalled for nearly a decade, redevelopment work on the project resumed during 2023–24. Under the revised plan, several design and layout changes were introduced to align the development with modern housing trends. The project now includes two towers with a total of 331 units, comprising 316 residential apartments and 15 commercial units.
The development will offer amenities such as double-basement parking, additional lifts, landscaped green areas, a children’s play zone, clubhouse, swimming pool, gymnasium, indoor-outdoor sports facilities and full power backup. The project is being developed on a three-side open plot of approximately 2.5 acres.
Target to complete entire project by 2027
The company has set a target to complete the entire project by December 2027. According to the management, with financial and administrative approvals now in place, construction activities are progressing in a structured and phased manner.
Under the leadership of Ashwini Nagpal, who served in the Indian Army for more than two decades before entering the real estate sector, Diligent Builders has successfully revived several stalled projects in the Noida and Noida Extension region. These efforts have helped more than 800 homebuyers move closer to owning their homes.
