Nothing India Strengthens its After Sales Service in Mumabi

Mumbai, Indi: London-based consumer tech brand, Nothing, today announced the inauguration of its third Exclusive Customer Service Center at B#801, Rustomjee Central Park, Business Spaces, Andheri East, 400093, Mumbai (Location). This expansion showcases Nothing’s dedication to the Indian market and its growing consumer base.

The announcement to open a third Exclusive Customer Service Center follows on the heels of the inauguration of ESC in New Delhi. The Exclusive Customer Service Center in Mumbai will be operational from 2nd April and plans to offer unmatched customer support and exceptional after-sales services.

Nothing is expanding its coverage of service centers from 300 to over 350 by July 2024, serving 18000+ pin codes across the country. The inauguration of the first Exclusive Customer Service Center in Bengaluru in October 2023 marked a pivotal moment for the brand, further solidifying its commitment to delivering excellence to Indian consumers.

Recently, Nothing announced the unprecedented success of Nothing Phone (2a), with a remarkable 60,000 units sold across channels within just 60 minutes of its launch. The inauguration of the Exclusive Service Center in Delhi is being done to provide world class service to the increasing base of Nothing and CMF customers.

The Exclusive Service Center will host regular service camps for Nothing customers, offering a range of accessories and care packs, including provisions for Accidental/Liquid Damage, warranty upgrades, and more.

Looking ahead, Nothing aims to establish two additional service centers in Hyderabad, and Chennai by the end of 2024, with plans to further expand to 20 locations in 2025. Through these initiatives, Nothing is steadfast in its commitment to enhancing the overall customer experience through best-in-class brand services and support.
