ReaRCo to Revive KV Developers Stalled Project: 650 Flats Near Completion with ₹195.50 Cr SWAMIH Funding
Gautam Buddha Nagar, April 22, 2026: In a significant breakthrough for the real estate sector and distressed homebuyers, ReaRCo Pvt. Ltd. has successfully taken over the stalled KV Developers project through the NCLT insolvency resolution process. The project, located in Greater Noida West, has been rebranded as Vayu@KVD Wind Park and has secured a massive funding of ₹195.50 crore from the government-backed SWAMIH Fund.
This move clears the path for the completion of 650 flats, ensuring that 400 original homebuyers—who have been waiting for over a decade—will finally receive their homes by the end of 2026.
A Turnaround Success Story
The project, originally launched in 2012-13, fell into insolvency in 2019 due to unforeseen market challenges. ReaRCo acquired the development rights in July 2023. After securing necessary approvals from RERA and the Development Authority, reconstruction commenced in August 2024.

“ReaRCo is perhaps the first institution in the real estate sector to not only rescue a stalled residential project via NCLT in its first attempt but also make it SWAMIH-funded. We are currently finishing 650 units across five towers to ensure possession for existing buyers by the year-end.”
Financial Stability and Transparency
ReaRCo has transformed the project into a “Debt-Free” entity by clearing substantial arrears:

₹35 Crore paid to financial institutions.

₹60 Crore paid to the Development Authority.

₹10 Crore refunded to approximately 40 homebuyers who chose to exit the project.
Currently, construction on the five towers is over 90% complete, and 75% of the SWAMIH funds have already been utilized. While 85% of the units are already sold, the remaining 15% are available for new buyers.
Upgraded Luxury and Modern Amenities
Under the new branding of Vayu@KVD Wind Park, ReaRCo has upgraded the project’s specifications to meet modern standards. The 5-acre site in Techzone-4 now features:
